With HubSpot continuing to show very strong growth, and with the CRM Platform vertical set to take on an even larger role globally in scaling organisations in the foreseeable future, Hubit sees a clear opportunity to grow to not only support HubSpot’s strategy but, in addition, to provide new value to customers operating in the HubSpot ecosystem space.
After over a decade of working with and helping companies start using HubSpot, I have seen first-hand how poor onboarding and lack of consultative insight led to churn and bad will. As HubSpot continues to penetrate the market from the likes of Salesforce and Dynamics, what once was will no longer do. Partners need to scale and deepen their expertise. HubSpot, of course, needs to strengthen and develop the quality of its Partner Network, but part of that responsibility lies with the partners themselves, and that’s a big reason why Hubit is on the move.
AI, Automation and CRM – A Challenge for HubSpot Partners?
Think AI, robotics, automation… The core competencies of many first generation HubSpot partner agencies are under duress: It’s not enough to understand inbound marketing or have basic CRM capabilities. Partner service offerings need to be constantly developed along with core competencies to stay abreast of fast-paced changes in a wide variety of areas, not just including new technologies. Therefore, the size of a partner agency alone can be misleading - a much better question is how well an agency can commit dedicated and specialised resources to provide superior value-add to customers on the lookout for expertise in specific areas like CRM implementation, data management, demanding integrations etc. It doesn't help if 45% of your staff are copywriters.
